And then all the negative thoughts come in... and then the diet thoughts come in... and before we know it, we're pages deep reading the latest diet book or health blog with hopes and dreams of changing our body ONE. LAST. TIME.
But what if you could feel good in your body RIGHT NOW?
Well, in this episode, I'm sharing with you my top 10 strategies to feel good in your body right now! These are the exact same strategies that I personally use to improve my own body image when I'm not feeling my best.
Buy new clothes if you need to. If it helps to cut the tags out of your clothes, do it! Hide or get rid of clothes that don't fit you right now.
Diet culture can make us very self-centered. Sometimes even recovery makes us very self-centered.
This takes some time and effort, but it's SO WORTH IT!
Step away from your devices and go outside. You'll thank me later.
Put on some music and dance with your kids. Stretch. Walk around the room. Lift something heavy. Just do something.

Don't spend time in front of full body mirrors. Heck, hide your mirrors if you need to. Just give yourself a break. Focus instead on how you FEEL.
